What is the OmiCure® test?

OmiCure® provides a service that brings together a vast amount of biomedical literature and genomics data to identify personalized treatments for cancer.
OmiCure® explainable Artificial Intelligence (xAI) interprets DNA and RNA data with a comprehensive knowledge-base of existing and experimental therapies to identify cancer treatments. OmiCure® provides detailed information on the presence of genomic or transcriptomic alterations that may influence the choice of cancer therapy. This knowledge includes both marketed therapies as well as new therapies at the clinical trial stage.

change your life

OmiCure® test is ideally suited to patients who have resistant cancers, have failed standard-of-care treatment, or for patients with rare tumors for which there is no standard of care.

An OmiCure® test Report can be obtained even after a patient’s tumor has progressed or while a patient is on a clinical trial or under treatment, especially if the physician is concerned that the clinical trial or treatment may not result in a durable response.

OmiCure® test inputs data from genomic sequencing labs which use FDA – cleared or approved sequencing technologies. These data are analyzed with near 50 thousand different drug-gene interactions to find cancer treatments which match the genomic data of your tumor. OmiCure® does not work with biopsy samples, and does not generate the sequencing data itself.

The availability of specific therapies in different countries, depends on regulatory classification in each country. OmiCure continuously updates the regulatory status of oncology therapies in the US and EU.

OmiCure® cannot determine whether a specific therapy is the right one for a patient, or predict the response of a specific patient to any specific therapy. The OmiCure® test report is not a source of medical advice for a patient or to have patients make treatment decisions on their own. Instead, information in the OmiCure® test report will exclusively guide discussions between a patient and his or her oncologist.

What results can I expect?

Based on your personal results, your oncologist may propose a targeted therapy.

Alternatively, with the help of the OmiCure® test, the physician may avoid using a therapy which may not have the intended efficacy for you. This will prevent unnecessary adverse events from an ineffective therapy.

Using all information at hand, the oncologist may propose to continue the same therapy in the same oncology center, using the standard of care, or to have access to experimental therapies through your participation in clinical trials for these therapies.

Your oncologist needs Omicure®

It would take years for your oncologist to sort through all of the information publicly available about the latest FDA-approved and experimental therapies and published research, and accumulate all of the information available to make accurate decisions.

OmiCure® test provides oncologists with a clear report about available therapies based on information collected at the genomic level. This report is designed to provide a concise, actionable summary and other information for your oncologist. Ultimately, the report enables the patient and caregiving team to make informed treatment decisions.
