Metastatic patients in advanced stages have typically poor response to standard-of-care treatments.

Their chances of survival at 5 years are slim with, on average, less than 5% across all metastatic solid tumor patients.

For a number of these patients, oncologists are currently at pain in choosing the optimal therapy.
Although for some patients the treatment may not exist yet, for many the first stumbling block is in matching hundreds of existing treatments against the specific genomic profile of the patient tumor.
There are currently no adequate tools to help oncologists determine this match.
